Human Testing is very important in scientific research. It allows trial and error. Practically nothing is done first try and we need to be able to test things. Nobody is being forced to do things. Just like this party, scientific processes are built around volunteer work. Allowing those who are willing to add 1 death to their statistic to test the safty of something is crutial to ensuring it is safe for others. That is truly all that human testing amounts to though, just adding one more number to their death count in the statitics. Why not let the people volenteer themselves to do with their own statistics as they please.
